Princess Kate and her sister stunned us again

Prince George, third in line to the throne as well as the first son of the British Princes William and Princess Kate, received baptism in the little church of the Court of St. James in London on 23rd, October. Princess Kate was in an Alexander McQueen evening dress, a British designer brand when she made appearance on the baptism.

On the day of the baptism, Prince George wore a satin lace long dress and entered the church in his mother’s arms. You may wonder why Prince George was in a long dress. As a matter of fact, it is a tradition of the Royal Family. Princes William said he was also in a dress that was as almost the same as Prince George’s when he received baptism. And Princess Kate wore a white Alexander McQueen evening dress, which fits in well with her son’s dress.
It was not the first time that Princess Kate chose Alexander McQueen’s evening dress. Alexander McQueen, a brand founded and named after the godfather of British fashion Alexander McQueen, was one of Princess Kate’s favorite fashion labels. For many times, she wore dress of this brand and showed in public. Of all the dresses, the most famous one should be the perfect wedding dress that Princess Kate wore at her wedding. The wedding dress which was fully favored was made by Sarah Burton, who was now the creation director of Alexander McQueen.
Prince George had a low-profile ceremony of baptism that day. Only members of the Royal Family and part of the relatives and friends were asked to attend. The William couple hoped he can grow up like ordinary children. The little church of the Court of St. James, where the baptism was held, had special meanings for Princes William. Princess Dianna’s coffin stayed there for a short time before the funeral. And the Royal Family held private ceremony of worship for Dianna in the church.
Pippa Middleton n, Princess Kate’s sister also took part in the baptism. Like Kate, wife of the Duke of Cambridge, Middleton’s dressing taste was good. Every time she would dress elegantly in the public. When she showed up in the baptism of little George, her dress arouse the public’s attention again.
Pippa was in a beautiful cream color crew-neck woolen sweater when she attended the baptism, reported the British Daily Telegraph. Inside was a crew-neck evening dress with lace. It was said both the sweater and the evening dress were from Suzannah, a British local fashion label. The designer used the 100%pure wool form Italia and French lace and finished them by hand in the shop of London. In other words, the sweater and the evening dress were specially made for the special occasion.
The designer maintained a female’s dress should be beautiful and meet with the etiquette. So the length of the skirt should be proper and fit in with the style and color of the hat. And lace would not be a wrong choice which was never out of day.
